Lets start with some basics...
What is your O/S?
We'll assume that you downloaded the correct version (ie. 32 bit client vs 64 bit client).

TS3 keeps such good logs, I'll go ahead and put this info out in public...
Run the .exe.
After you run the intial set up, enter:
50pc.clants.net for the address
4223 for the port.

I don't know if this gets set up in the initial setup or not, but check the following:
From the main screen you get when you start up TS3 click on the Settings tab on the header toolbar.
Click on Options.
Find Capture and open that dialogue box up.
Make sure the Capture Device is set to: Microphone

I recommend using Push to Talk as opposed to Voice Activation...By all means do NOT select Continuous..
Select the key or mouse button that you want to use to activate the microphone.
You will want to find a key or mouse button that is not being used in Red Orchestra.
Do NOT use the same mouse/key that operates the VOIP in Red Orchestra. You'll drive everyone nuts!!!
I have a 5 button mouse, so I've set my middle mouse button for Teamspeak and have changed RO's ingame VOIP
to one of the remaining four mouse buttons (default in RO was Scroll Lock).

The only problem that we've seen (other than Shadow's performance hit), is that you may have to reselect Push To Talk.
For some reason it doesn't seem to Scht!k (pardon the pun) the first time you exit the dialogue box.

I also have checked the Advanced Options box.
In that I have remove background noise and automatic voice gain checked.

Click apply.
Click on connections.
Enter the info above. and connect

Prepare yourself Scht!ky...

You will be hearing things in team speak that you only thought went on at the donkey shows in Mexico. By the end of a night on TS you will be wanting to wash your ear out with Ajax and then pop your eardrums so you will not have to get those mental images again.

Don't say I didn't warn you. :D :D
